Kelsey Creelman, LCSW
Kelsey obtained her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Social Work in Richmond, VA. She is a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society, a national Social Work honor society. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Kelsey has honed her clinical skills by working with a national crisis line organization and providing both in-person and virtual individual counseling.
Before pursuing her degree in Social Work, Kelsey spent over ten years working with pets and their owners in various veterinary medicine settings, which enhanced her appreciation and understanding of the human-animal bond.
With her clinical background and personal experiences, Kelsey specializes in grief and bereavement (including pet loss), trauma, women's issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, and addressing challenges associated with the human-animal bond.

Fiona Knight, MHC
Fiona holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology, as well as a bachelor’s degree in interpersonal communications, which were both obtained at The University of New Mexico. During her time studying interpersonal communications, she became a licensed mediator which has fostered a passion for conflict resolution and understanding family and relationship dynamics. She is currently pursuing a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling at New Mexico Highlands University.
Fiona feels privileged to assist clients through each unique healing journey, and she does so with a strengths-based and holistic therapeutic approach which mainly draws from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, positive psychology, and family systems therapy.

Patience Misner, MSW
Patience Misner is currently pursuing her third master's degree in clinical social work at New Mexico Highlands University. She has previously served as an evaluator for behavioral health and education programs, collaborating with school-based health centers, providers, nonprofit organizations, and community-based organizations. Throughout her career, she has received training in nonviolent communication, conflict resolution, and active listening.

Cayla earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in trauma-informed care, from Bay Path University. She has experience working with individuals and couples across the lifespan and has supported clients navigating a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, identity development, life transitions, relational conflict, and emotional regulation.
Cayla takes a holistic, client-centered approach, tailoring each session to the unique needs of the individual or couple. She draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices. With over 30 hours of sex therapy training and a foundation in Gottman Method couples work, she supports clients in improving communication, building connection, and deepening intimacy in their relationships.
As a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200), Cayla naturally integrates body awareness and grounding techniques into her work to support the mind-body connection-especially in trauma-informed healing.
