With a background in clinical social work, she aims to create an agency that is based on empathy and trust, offering clients and clinicians a welcoming and safe environment. Robert Cravens, LMSW
Robert holds the designation of Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and is dedicated to assisting individuals, families, and couples in overcoming life’s difficulties. He possesses a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, which equip him with both expertise and empathy in his practice.
As a former foster home provider and adoptive parent, Robert is profoundly committed to supporting those in need. His ongoing commitment to personal growth and continuous learning ensures he remains at the forefront of effective client service.
Robert specializes in mental health and well-being, with proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). He engages with clients from diverse backgrounds, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions.
At New Light Counseling, Robert offers compassionate care tailored to the unique needs of each individual. He is motivated by a sincere desire to empower others and aid them in achieving healing, hope, and resilience.

Kelsey Creelman, LCSW
Kelsey obtained her Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University School of Social Work in Richmond, VA. She is a member of the Phi Alpha Honor Society, a national Social Work honor society. As a Licensed Master Social Worker, Kelsey has honed her clinical skills by working with a national crisis line organization and providing both in-person and virtual individual counseling.
Before pursuing her degree in Social Work, Kelsey spent over ten years working with pets and their owners in various veterinary medicine settings, which enhanced her appreciation and understanding of the human-animal bond.
With her clinical background and personal experiences, Kelsey specializes in grief and bereavement (including pet loss), trauma, women's issues, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, and addressing challenges associated with the human-animal bond.

Amber Dismore, LMHC
Amber holds a bachelor's degree in psychology from the University of New Mexico and is currently pursuing a master's degree in counseling for clinical mental health. With over two decades of experience working with children and families in various communities throughout New Mexico, she has honed her clinical skills and expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
Amber's professional journey has been profoundly rewarding, driven by a genuine passion for facilitating positive change in the lives of her clients. In addition to her professional endeavors, she has a keen interest in traveling and immersing herself in different cultures, which enriches her perspective and enhances her effectiveness as a counselor.

Kemmi Gozur, MHC
Kemmi is originally from Arkansas and works with induvials, couples, adolescents, and families. She strives to create a safe, inclusive space for healing.
Kemmi uses a client-centered, trauma-informed approach to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals. She incorporates somatic practices and holistic techniques into her therapy, offering practical tools for managing symptoms and reaching goals. Kemmi is trained in utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy, internal family systems, and motivational interviewing.
Kemmi works with clients managing symptoms from trauma, grief, depression, PTSD, anxiety, and chronic stress. She is particularly passionate about serving underserved populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and individuals affected by spiritual abuse and religious trauma.

Patience Misner, MSW
Patience Misner is currently pursuing her third master's degree in clinical social work at New Mexico Highlands University. She has previously served as an evaluator for behavioral health and education programs, collaborating with school-based health centers, providers, nonprofit organizations, and community-based organizations. Throughout her career, she has received training in nonviolent communication, conflict resolution, and active listening.
Patience works with individuals, adolescents, couples, and families, utilizing internal family systems, narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindfulness techniques. She collaborates with clients to explore the underlying issues and create opportunities for change and improved outcomes. Additionally, she has undergone training in multicultural issues specific to New Mexico, community reinforcement and family training (CRAFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to further support her clients.

Jessica Romero, MHC
Jessica is passionate about creating a safe, exploratory space where clients can question narratives and cultivate their own sense of meaning.
With a background in physical rehabilitative care and strength and conditioning coaching, she values a holistic approach that integrates the mind, body, emotions, and spirit. Jessica is pursuing her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and enjoys working with diverse individuals and specializes in couples therapy, helping partners improve communication and deepen connection.
Her approach blends client-centered therapy with elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Polyvagal Theory. She supports clients in fostering self-acceptance, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and connecting with their nervous systems to enhance feelings of safety and resilience.

Jamie Savage, LMSW
Jamie graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science in Psychology specializing in Child and Adolescent Development. Her interest in working with children and adolescent led her to pursue a Master of Social Work degree from New Mexico State University.
Jamie approaches therapy from a client-centered perspective utilizing a trauma-informed lens. She has clinical experience working with children, adolescents and their families in office, telehealth, and crisis intervention settings. Further, Jamie works from a strengths-based approach with adults and couples. She has clinical knowledge in working with clients who are managing a range of mental health diagnoses.

Savanna Simmons, LMHC
Savanna has her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She completed her bachelor's degree in Alternative Medicine from Everglades University, which solidified her desire for holistic practices to be integrated into counseling work. Savanna is passionate about the intersectionality in communities including neurodivergence, parenting, those managing disabilities and health, military service people and veterans, and the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
Savanna’s clinical work encompasses trauma-informed, client-centered, and holistic approaches to counseling (i.e., somatic practices, spirituality, etc.), rooted in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, the Unified Protocol, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.
Additionally, she has specialty training in grief work as well as sexuality-focused work. Savanna has a passion for working with couples, families, and individuals. She’s excited and committed to serving clients, in a collaborative and supportive way.

Justin Sisneros, MSW
Justin is a dedicated social worker with a strong commitment to serving his community. He earned his Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Western New Mexico University in 2023 and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at Grand Canyon University. Additionally, Justin has a longstanding background in Comprehensive Community Support Services (CCSS) programs through his work as a CSW.
Justin has extensive experience in mental health, working closely with clients of all ages, including families, children, and adolescents. Justin utilizes evidence-based and solution-focused practices in his work with clients.
His passion lies in continuing to support and empower individuals and families, striving to make a positive impact in their lives. With a heart for service and a dedication to advocacy, Justin remains focused on fostering resilience and well-being within his community.

Jessica Wright, MHC
Jessica’s practice is grounded by the principles of existential theory and inspired by the modalities found within logotherapy, polyvagal theory, mindfulness-based interventions, positive psychology, narrative, and reality therapies. I desire to help my future clients to self-actualize their most purposeful and genuine lives through the help of counseling by providing them a safe and holistic therapeutic environment within which to heal and grow.
Throughout her life, Jessica has continuously learned that we can create our own unique realities through our conscious efforts to experience life as objective and responsible witnesses to that which we are exposed to.
